A clip did not start. What should I check?

Confirm the source is a valid HTTP(S) long-form URL, your plan is active, and you have minutes available. If a job fails, its reserved minutes are released automatically.

What do the processing statuses mean?

Queued means your source is in line. Processing means ExecutiveClip is working through it. Ready means the preview is available. Refresh the workspace for a status change; if a job remains unchanged, retry it from the workspace.

Can I export a finished clip?

The current product provides a 9:16 preview for review. Export is not yet available in-product.

What sources can ExecutiveClip process?

Accepted Answer

ExecutiveClip accepts podcast, webinar, and interview URLs that are 1–120 minutes long. Intake is URL-based today; direct file upload is not currently supported.

Where can I find my plan and invoices?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace shows your plan, billing interval, included minutes, remaining minutes, and current period. Invoice downloads are not currently available in-product, so retain the managed payment receipt for your records.
